Cancellation Policy
Session Cancellation Guidelines
For individual sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For group sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone involved.

At Interactive Tutors, we strive to make the payment process as seamless as possible for our clients. We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate your preferences, including all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. To ensure your booking is secured, payment is required at the time of booking. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and provide the best possible service to all our students.
Refund Policy
Conditions for Refunds
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period: at least 24 hours in advance for individual sessions and at least 48 hours in advance for group sessions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or late cancellations, as these slots could have been allocated to other students in need of tutoring. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
